As a member of the Cardiff University Motorsport Club I was asked to put together a small website where the club could post details of upcoming events and members could exchange messages with each other. The bulk of the site was driven by the MODx content management system which was coupled to an installation of the discussion forum SMF by Simple Machines.

For this project the client requested a website design and a way to create and update content themselves. I decided that a content management system would the easiest way to acheive this and provided them with a base install of MODx. Additionally installed an online gallery extension to MODx and after a short introduction to the system the client was able to create all of the content by themself.
